Apartment Hunters & Tenants

To browse the full list of apartment for rent listings select the "View All Listings " button on the left column. This will take you to a list of all apartments and houses for rent. The search listings button allows you to search for a home for rent with the specific type/price/location you wish to rent. You do not need to sign up to use the site, but there are additional features if you choose to do so such as saved rent searches and favorites.

Clicking on a title in the list view will sort the list based on that field. Clicking on the title/address of a property for rent will take you to a screen with more information on that property

Property Owners

You must sign in to post and edit listings. In the upper right column is a button to log in . No account? No problem! Simply click the "New Owner Sign Up " link to quickly sign up. The information you enter will be used by prospective tenants to contact you about your apartment for rent.

One exciting new feature is the ability for owners to have their own site to showcase just their properties, while having the same listings appear on the Wisconsin Rentals Online site [more info]

• Owners can post an unlimited number of for rent listings. We do limit the number of pictures per rental listing as a way to maintain reasonable server loads.

While there are a few more changes in the future, we think we are very close to where we want to be.
